PHASE 1 COMPLETE!!!!! | Jenn's Journey
Results are in!
Its been 28 days! I am still ready to push forward and refuse to look back. Phase 2 should be just as great as phase 1 if not better since I am doing Doubles. Thus far what I like the most is following the Nutrition Plan. It has been such fun playing with all the new recipes. I am a huge fan of the Turkey Burgers! Then from there it would be the Shrimp Stir Fry but that is a special treat since its so high in cholesterol. I am sticking to the nutrition plan like gorilla glue and thus far between it and the work outs it is working. Just wish I could fast forward another 60 days to see if I get that 6 pack and toned butt I have been looking over the last decade!
Have a busy day planned so here are the results before I go to work. If I can figure out how to upload the before after photos here on the blog I will, but I still have to get ready for work so maybe tomorrow. While many may not see a huge difference I can and I am loving the new strength I have gained along with the fact that my bikini bottoms are starting to fall right off of me!
Today I am thankful that I am 28 days closer to finishing my first round of P90X and for chicken breast that is on sale buy one get one free!
