Today was Plyocide from P90X2. If you haven't done this workout, the best way to describe it is a hybrid between Insanity and P90X Plyo X. It is constant high-intensity jumping/cardio with 30 second breaks about every 3 to 4 minutes.
By the end of it, I'm pretty well beat, but I still keep it going to the end! Today, my daughter took pictures of my workout, and we got a good laugh at my face during the flying fighter kicks.
